His Master's Voice

One evening we were busy in the kitchen and heard the sound of a Tree Frog literally filling the room ie much louder than a normal Tree Frog which we have plenty of in the house. We were a bit puzzled about the loudness, but eventually tracked him down sitting in his amplifier! (an ornamental mug overhead)

We only had toads in the house. They have a very soft skin and are lovely. A tree frog in a mug is something very special. How can he get out of there in order to catch flies?

Amazing pic - surreal. Must have been an excellent acoustic! Goes to show we can't escape nature, however much we attempt to tame or subdue it.
