I love and miss seeing Africa.
Maybe misleading, but that is not the hook. It is a gadget we use to hold and weigh the fish instead of a gaff or something similar. It does not hurt or damage the fish.
The fish was 8 pound and caught on a fly.
It was released after this photo was taken.
This is the way we do it "Catch and release"
